About our School
LOCALLY OWNED | ARIZONA FAMILY BUSINESS
The Baum School of Real Estate is owned by Marty Baum, a highly experienced real estate broker. Marty has successfully managed multiple real estate schools. In 2006, Baum School of Real Estate was licensed and approved by Arizona Department of Real Estate. Marty has also authored his own course and study materials, which have been approved by ADRE. Additionally, he develops courses for other institutions and continues to provides guidance to professionals and students whenever possible.
Baum School of Real Estate has been affiliated with another real estate school company for an extended period. As of 2024, we have made the strategic decision to establish ourselves as an independent entity while still offering the same exceptional instruction from our highly rated teachers, whose profiles can be found below.

He specializes in real estate pre-licensing with extensive experience in the industry and years of teaching experience. He also wrote all the courses and study material that focuses on what's needed to pass the exam.

She excels in helping students get into our system, organize and update our data records. She also have years of experience in assisting real estate agents in the photography field both house listings and business portraits.

Marty is by far THE TOP real estate teacher in all of Arizona. Many students have come from other schools have come from being unsuccessful to PASSING and actually LEARNING the concepts. I took my pre-licensure course and passed with ease because of him. I even recommended others to take it. He's there for any questions you have and even offers tutoring. Every student I've recommended has always had a great experience with him. He always keeps his instruction is up-to-date. His teaching style is crafted for you to pass the test.
