The Arizona Real Estate Sales Pre-Licensing Course
Our 90 hours sales pre-licensing course are live on zoom, with an instructor and approved by the department of real estate. The course is broken up into 18 individual sessions and can be taken in any order. You can attend the morning and or night class and you can start at any session. There is always a different session in the morning than there is at night.
Upon receiving your complete Registration/Term and Condition forms and course payment, we will e-mail you a welcome letter along with codes to the classes and where to pick up the course book. You can start at any session as long as you take all 18 sessions. Session schedule can be tracked on our calendar below. Testing is mandatory in person and our testing center is located in South Chandler (the same location where you pick up the course book).
Classes are held every Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday.
Morning sessions are from 8:30 a.m. until 1:00 p.m.
Evening sessions are from 6:00 p.m. until 10:30 p.m.
